How should I wash my crochet / knitted item?
Hand-wash your crochet or knitted piece in warm water using a wool/delicate detergent. Lay flat to dry, do not hang.
Can I machine wash my piece?
No! Machine washing may cause stretching, pilling or distortion over time.

How are our pieces made?
Our crochet pieces are handmade in London.
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes! If you would like to order a piece and need specific sizing measurements or are wanting a bespoke design get in touch via Instagram DM - @liloclothing_
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping within the UK takes one working day (special delivery) once a shipping fulfilment email has been sent to the customer. Shipping internationally (international express shipping) usually takes 4 - 6 working days once shipping fulfilment has been sent to the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once posted, you will receive a tracking number via email - you can follow your order by entering this number into the Royal Mail tracking service.
Returns
All sales are final due to the made to order nature of our clothing, and uniqueness of each piece.
We do not take returns due to incorrect sizing, a sizing chart is provided on the site and further questions regarding sizing can be asked via Instagram or email.
